We are currently looking to add a Production Technician to our team!  This full-time role will be part of the Circle Operations team and play a critical role in helping us reach our mission: “Helping people find balance and feel good, one drink at a time!”.  The ideal candidate will be optimistic, flexible and willing to take on challenges.  As a Production Technician at Circle, you will be fully immersed in our product, from start to finish, and will be given the opportunity to be a part of a growing business with opportunities to expand your career.  We grow as you grow – it’s a full Circle!

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Participate in weekly Circle Operations Staff Meeting as well as daily shift meetings
  • Manage product inventory, including working on the packaging/canning line to produce beverage products
  • Act as Liaison between the Sales team and delivery driver(s), including receiving, packing and shipping individual and/or pallet sized orders
  • Coordinate product shipping with distribution partners, including maintaining shipping/receiving documentation and records
  • Execute cleaning & sanitation tasks in accordance with Circle’s Food Safety Plan

IDEAL SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • You must have a valid state-issued Driver’s License
  • Ability to physically lift up to fifty (50) pounds
  • Experience working in a food or beverage production environment and/or logistical warehousing operation is preferred, but not required
  • Displayed reliability and work ethic through previous professional, education and/or personal experience
  • Enhanced attention to detail
  • Forklift experience/certification preferred
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets & Quickbooks is a plus
