We are currently looking to add a Territory Manager for our East Territory to Team Circle!  This full-time role will be part of the Circle DSD Sales team and play a critical role in helping us reach our mission: “Helping people find balance and feel good, one drink at a time”.  The ideal candidate will be optimistic, flexible and willing to take on challenges. As a Territory Manager at Circle, you will be responsible for the revenue targets in the East Territory, covering Indiana, Ohio, Tennessee, Kentucky and Michigan, owning the entire sales process from start to finish.   • Working in a fast-paced, heavy outside sales role. Working in sales at Circle means owning the entire sales process, from identifying leads, working them through to closing and growing relationships for long-term success. ~70% of time spent in this role is focused on new business efforts. If you are not energized by this type of activity, this position will not make you happy.
  • Developing new sales opportunities by making a minimum of 200 sales touch points per week (email, phone, social, in-person visits, etc.).
  • Develop relationships and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Drive brand awareness through events, product demos and networking. You are the face of Circle in your Territory.
  • Work alongside Marketing & Operations to deliver a consistent message & product to the Territory
  • Build relationships with buyers, marketing and sales personnel with existing distribution partners to grow sales and provide value as a go-to supplier.
  • Identify and build relationships with potential new distribution partners to drive revenue in new areas, or further ingrain Circle into existing areas.


  • Experience in outside sales, with a proven track record of seeing the sales process through from start to finish. Food service or beverage sales experience preferred.
  • Creative, opportunistic, out-of-the-box thinker, constantly working to solve problems 
  • Excitement and interest in playing a role in creating a healthier world for others
  • Persistence, not easily discouraged by hearing the word “no.” Gets creative in outreach and doesn’t give up when someone doesn’t respond on the first couple of tries. The ability to overcome setbacks and find a positive path forward.
  • Experience in revenue forecasting
  • Self-motivated, disciplined in organization and time management, proven ability to generate work independently.
  • Passionate about owning the Territory, developing your career and becoming a valuable asset to the Circle team.
  • Experience using a sales CRM (we use HubSpot), Excel/Google Sheets & Quickbooks is a plus
  • Must be able to (and enjoy!) traveling up to 30% of the time
