We are currently looking to add Production Support to Team Circle!  This full-time role will be part of the Circle Operations team and play a critical role in helping us reach our mission: “Helping people find balance and feel good, one drink at a time”.  The ideal candidate will be optimistic, flexible and willing to take on challenges.  As Production Support at Circle, you will be given the opportunity to be a part of a growing business with opportunities to expand your career.  We grow as you grow – it’s a full Circle!

As Production Support your normal responsibilities will be: 

  • Participate in the weekly Circle Operations Staff Meeting and daily start of shift meeting.
  • Work on the packaging / canning line to produce beverage products.
  • Serve as a critical interface with Circle’s customers by making deliveries.
  • Solve technical problems within Circle’s manufacturing process.
  • Execute cleaning & sanitation tasks in accordance with Circle’s Food Safety Plan.
  • Conduct maintenance on equipment.
  • Take direction from Production Leader and other team members to support the operation.

Physical Demands:

  • Be able to stand for long periods of time, 8-10 hours continuously.
  • Regularly lift, carry and place overhead up to 50+lbs (typically sugar and kegs), using proper lifting techniques.
  • Repetitive use of hands for grasping, pulling, pushing and fine manipulation.
  • Work in wet and cold or hot environments subject to noise.
  • Follow uniform/clothing guidelines, wear hairnets (or baseball cap) and protective footwear.
  • Follow personal hygiene guidelines.

What education and experiences are we looking for you to have?

  • Displayed reliability and work ethic through previous professional, educational, or personal experience.
  • You must have a valid state-issued driver’s license.
  • You have experience in conducting work that requires significant attention to detail.
  • If you have experience working in a food or beverage production environment and/or logistical warehousing operation, this is preferred.
  • You must be optimistic, flexible, willing to take on challenges, and show initiative.
  • Ability to multitask effectively, and exhibit problem solving skills.
  • Communicate and listen attentively.
  • Willingness to work as a team or in an individual setting with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work at a fast and efficient pace.
  • Must be able to measure precisely, count accurately, and perform proper calculations.
  • General mechanical understanding.
